地鐵車輛中低噪聲車輪的應(yīng)用效果

圖8表示的是T型車輛以80km/h速度運行在開闊地帶時,車廂內(nèi)部的降噪效果。測量點位于車輛中心的1.6m高處。安裝了低噪音車輪的車廂噪音水平也比實心車輪的車廂噪音水平低,降噪效果大約5~6dB。

本文研究了低噪音車輪的減振降噪效果。地鐵車輛中采用這種低噪音的車輪還需要進一步解決以下的問題:
(1)使用低噪音車輪車輛的可靠性;
(2)使用低噪音車輪車輛的安全性;
(3)低噪音車輪的養(yǎng)護維修措施、造價成本以及耐用性。
