LED顯示屏使用注意事項(xiàng)及日常維護(hù)

一、開關(guān)顯示屏注意事項(xiàng)：

1開關(guān)順序：

開屏?xí)r：先開機(jī)，后開屏。

關(guān)屏?xí)r：先關(guān)屏，后關(guān)機(jī)。

(先關(guān)計(jì)算機(jī)不關(guān)顯示屏，會(huì)造成屏體出現(xiàn)高亮點(diǎn)，燒毀燈管，后果嚴(yán)重。)

2、開關(guān)屏?xí)r間隔時(shí)間要大于5分鐘。

3、計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)入工程控制軟件后，方可開屏通電。

4、避免在全白屏幕狀態(tài)下開屏，因?yàn)榇藭r(shí)系統(tǒng)的沖擊電流最大。

5、避免在失控狀態(tài)下開屏，因?yàn)榇藭r(shí)系統(tǒng)的沖擊電流最大。

A計(jì)算機(jī)沒有進(jìn)入控制軟件等程序；

B計(jì)算機(jī)未通電；

C控制部分電源未打開。

6．環(huán)境溫度過高或散熱條件不好時(shí)，應(yīng)注意不要長(zhǎng)時(shí)間開屏。

7．顯示屏體一部分出現(xiàn)一行非常亮?xí)r，應(yīng)注意及時(shí)關(guān)屏，在此狀態(tài)下不宜長(zhǎng)時(shí)間開屏。

8．經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)顯示屏的電源開關(guān)跳閘，應(yīng)及時(shí)檢查屏體或更換電源開關(guān)。

9．定期檢查掛接處的牢固情況。如有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，注意及時(shí)調(diào)整，，重新加固或更新吊件。

10．根據(jù)顯示屏體、控制部分所處環(huán)境情況，避免蟲咬，必要時(shí)應(yīng)放置防鼠藥。

二、控制部分的更改、變動(dòng)注意事項(xiàng)

1．計(jì)算機(jī)、控制部分的電源線零、火不能反接，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按原來的位置插接。如有外設(shè)，連接完畢后，應(yīng)測(cè)試機(jī)殼是否帶電。

2．移動(dòng)計(jì)算機(jī)等控制設(shè)備時(shí)，通電前應(yīng)首先檢查聯(lián)接線、控制板有無松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。

3．不能隨意改動(dòng)通訊線、扁平聯(lián)接線的位置、長(zhǎng)度。

4．移動(dòng)后如發(fā)現(xiàn)短路、跳閘、燒線、冒煙等異常顯現(xiàn)時(shí)，不應(yīng)反復(fù)通電測(cè)試，應(yīng)及時(shí)查找問題。

三、軟件操作使用注意事項(xiàng)

1軟件備份：WIN2003、WINXP、應(yīng)用程序、軟件安裝程序、數(shù)據(jù)庫等。

建議使用“一鍵還原”軟件，操作方便。

2熟練掌握安裝方法、原始數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)、備份。

3掌握控制參數(shù)的設(shè)置、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)置的修改

4熟練使用程序、操作與編輯。

5定期檢查病毒，刪除無關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)

6．非專職人員，請(qǐng)勿操作軟件系統(tǒng)。
