基于圖像處理的型坯直徑非接觸測(cè)量方法研究

通過(guò)攝像機(jī)直接拍攝型坯輪廓圖像,運(yùn)用數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù)對(duì)采集到的圖像進(jìn)行處理和分析,實(shí)時(shí)提取目標(biāo)的幾何特征,即型坯的直徑分布,可實(shí)現(xiàn)型坯直徑的實(shí)時(shí)在線檢測(cè)。但其測(cè)量精度會(huì)受一些條件的影響,如圖像采集設(shè)備的分辨率、光線環(huán)境及干擾等。本文針對(duì)型坯直徑分布的在線檢測(cè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了討論,它將為實(shí)現(xiàn)擠出吹塑成型加工過(guò)程質(zhì)量的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控和閉環(huán)控制提供可能。
