infineon汽車HID前燈鎮(zhèn)流器及PFC控制解決方案

英飛凌前燈鎮(zhèn)流器及控制解決方案主要由5個(gè)MOSFET、2個(gè)高電壓驅(qū)動(dòng)器、1個(gè)控制器和1個(gè)燈鎮(zhèn)流器控制器構(gòu)成,具體電路如下圖所示。

英飛凌前燈鎮(zhèn)流器及控制方案電路示意圖。

MOSFET可選擇英飛凌的N溝道MOSFET(500V或600V的CoolMOS C3/CoolMOS CP),

PFC控制器可選擇英飛凌的DCM PFC-IC(TDA4863-2)或CCM PFC-IC(ICE1PCS01/02)。

有源功率因子控制器TDA4863-2是英飛凌針對(duì)開關(guān)電源(SMPS)最新推出的PFC-DCM(非連續(xù)傳導(dǎo)模式)控制IC,前兩代產(chǎn)品分別是TDA4862和TDA4863。它們主要優(yōu)化用于為電子鎮(zhèn)流器和離線SMPS提供非常緊湊和高性價(jià)比的PFC解決方案,完全與世界標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相兼容。通過(guò)使用一個(gè)針對(duì)非連續(xù)工作模式的零電流檢測(cè)器,它們?cè)试S實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)接近1的功率因子和杰出的THD。

TDA4862、TDA4863和TDA4863-2的主要特性包括:1)功率因子接近1;2)像有源諧波濾波器一樣控制升壓轉(zhuǎn)換器,以得到更低的THD;3)低電流啟動(dòng);4)針對(duì)非連續(xù)工作模式的零電流檢測(cè)器;5)輸出過(guò)壓保護(hù);6)輸出欠壓鎖定;7)內(nèi)部啟動(dòng)定時(shí)器;8)帶主動(dòng)關(guān)斷功能的圖騰極輸出;9)內(nèi)部邊沿消隱LEB;10)正弦電流消耗。

與TD4862相比,TDA4863和TDA4863-2的改進(jìn)為:1)非常低啟動(dòng)電流;2)非常低比較器和乘法器失調(diào);3)針對(duì)由MOSFET開關(guān)引起的低失真干擾的高復(fù)雜度放大器;4)更精確的過(guò)壓閾值;5)更高的柵極驅(qū)動(dòng)能力(僅適用TD4863-2)。

有源功率因子控制器ICE1PCS01/02是英飛凌針對(duì)有源CCM(連續(xù)傳導(dǎo)模式)功率因子校正轉(zhuǎn)換器而推出的8腳控制IC,The unique average current control allows for low THD at all load ranges and excellent compensation of line voltage varations. The soft-start and the open-loop-protection provide high reliability and optimum operating conditions for SIC(silicon carbide) diodes. ICE2PCS01/02 are the 2nd generation of Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) PFC controllers, which employ BiCMOS technology.

Compared to the first generation of ICE1PCS01/02, the new ICs have lower internal reference trimmed at 3V. They also have other advantages such as wider Vcc operating range, improved internal oscillator and additional direct bulk capacitor over-voltage protection.

4. Programmable switching (50-250kHz) for ICE1PCS01/ICE2PCS01

5. Trimmed internal fixed switching frequency for ICE1PCS02/ICE2PCS02(65kHz+5% at 25oC)

6. Direct sensing, input brown-out detection with hysteresis for ICE1PCS02/ICE2PCS02

7. Max. duty cycle of 95% (typ)

8. Trimmed internal reference voltage (5V+2%) for ICE1PCS01/02

9. Vcc under-voltage lock-out

10. Cycle by cycle peak current limit.

11. Output over-voltage protection

12. Open loop detection

13. Output under-voltage detection

14. Enhanced dynamic response

15. Soft overcurrent protection

16. Fulfills class D spec. of IEC1000-3-2
