介紹
DS1865突發(fā)模式PON控制器內(nèi)置監(jiān)測(cè)電路。該器件具有七個(gè)獨(dú)立的存儲(chǔ)器表,內(nèi)部排列成8個(gè)字節(jié)行。此外,該控制器還具有輔助存儲(chǔ)器,這些存儲(chǔ)器為EEPROM,可通過(guò)A0h從地址讀取。DS1865存儲(chǔ)器圖
低層存儲(chǔ)器的地址從00h至7Fh。該存儲(chǔ)器包含報(bào)警、預(yù)警門(mén)限、標(biāo)志、屏蔽和幾個(gè)控制寄存器,密碼輸入?yún)^(qū)域(PWE)和表選擇字節(jié)。參見(jiàn)圖1。表01h主要包括EEPROM (PW1級(jí)訪問(wèn)權(quán)限)和一些報(bào)警、預(yù)警狀態(tài)字節(jié)。
表02h是多功能區(qū),包括配置寄存器、比例調(diào)節(jié)與失調(diào)存儲(chǔ)器、密碼、中斷寄存器以及各種控制字節(jié)。
表03h是關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)的用戶EEPROM區(qū)域,受PW2級(jí)加密保護(hù)。
表04h包含溫度索引查找表(LUT),用于控制調(diào)制電壓。調(diào)制LUT可以在-40°C至+102°C范圍內(nèi),以2°C步長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行設(shè)置。這些寄存器的訪問(wèn)受PW2級(jí)加密保護(hù)。
表05h包含另一個(gè)LUT,允許APC設(shè)置點(diǎn)作為溫度的函數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),用于跟蹤誤差(TE)補(bǔ)償。TE LUT具有36項(xiàng),能夠在-40°C至+100°C范圍內(nèi),以4°C為間隔設(shè)置APC。該寄存器的訪問(wèn)受PW2級(jí)加密保護(hù)。
表06h包含一個(gè)MON4索引LUT,用于控制M4DAC電壓。M4DAC LUT具有32項(xiàng),可配置為一個(gè)32項(xiàng)的LUT或兩個(gè)16項(xiàng)的LUT。當(dāng)配置為一個(gè)32項(xiàng)的LUT時(shí),每一項(xiàng)對(duì)應(yīng)的步長(zhǎng)為滿量程1/32。當(dāng)配置為兩個(gè)16項(xiàng)LUT時(shí),前16項(xiàng)和后16項(xiàng)分別對(duì)應(yīng)滿量程的1/16。兩個(gè)16項(xiàng)都通過(guò)獨(dú)立的配置位進(jìn)行選擇。該寄存器的訪問(wèn)受PW2級(jí)加密保護(hù)。
