基于NCP4303設(shè)計的高效開關(guān)電源技術(shù)

NCP4303是次級同步整流驅(qū)動器，是高效開關(guān)電源（SMPS）解決方案。NCP4303具有閾值可調(diào)的精密的次級零電流檢測，工作模式包括CCM，DCM和QR反激拓撲。工作電壓高達30V，具有5A/2.5A峰值沉/源驅(qū)動能力，典型應(yīng)用包括筆記本電腦適配器，大功率密度的AC/DC電源，游戲機和所有高效開關(guān)電源。
