基于FSR2100設(shè)計的高效半橋諧振型電源技術(shù)

是高度集成的半橋型電源控制器,可簡化,提高生產(chǎn)力和改善性能。集成了帶快速恢復(fù)體二極管的功率MOSFET,高邊柵極驅(qū)動電路,精確電流控制的振蕩器,頻率限制電流,軟起動和內(nèi)置的保護(hù)功能,高達(dá)300kHz工作頻率,主要應(yīng)用在PDP和LCD TV,臺式PC和服務(wù)器,適配器,通信電源和音頻電源。

High Efficiency through Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS)

Internal SuperFET™s with Fast-Recovery Type Body Diode (trr=120ns)

Fixed Dead Time (350ns) Optimized for MOSFETs

Up to 300kHz Operating Frequency

Pulse Skipping for Frequency Limit (Programmable) at Light-Load Condition

Remote On/Off Control Using Control Pin

Protection Functions: Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), Over-Load Protection (OLP), Over-Current Protection (OCP), Abnormal Over-Current Protection (AOCP), Internal Thermal Shutdown (TSD)
