汽車HID前燈鎮(zhèn)流器及PFC控制解決方案
英飛凌汽車HID前燈鎮(zhèn)流器及PFC控制解決方案主要由5個MOSFET、2個高電壓驅(qū)動器、1個PFC控制器和1個HID燈鎮(zhèn)流器控制器構(gòu)成,具體電路如下圖所示。

MOSFET可選擇英飛凌的N溝道MOSFET(500V或600V的CoolMOS C3/CoolMOS CP),
PFC控制器可選擇英飛凌的DCM PFC-IC(TDA4863-2)或CCM PFC-IC(ICE1PCS01/02)。
有源功率因子控制器TDA4863-2是英飛凌針對開關電源(SMPS)最新推出的PFC-DCM(非連續(xù)傳導模式)控制IC,前兩代產(chǎn)品分別是TDA4862和TDA4863。它們主要優(yōu)化用于為電子鎮(zhèn)流器和離線SMPS提供非常緊湊和高性價比的PFC解決方案,完全與世界標準相兼容。通過使用一個針對非連續(xù)工作模式的零電流檢測器,它們允許實現(xiàn)一個接近1的功率因子和杰出的THD。
TDA4862、TDA4863和TDA4863-2的主要特性包括:1)功率因子接近1;2)像有源諧波濾波器一樣控制升壓轉(zhuǎn)換器,以得到更低的THD;3)低電流啟動;4)針對非連續(xù)工作模式的零電流檢測器;5)輸出過壓保護;6)輸出欠壓鎖定;7)內(nèi)部啟動定時器;8)帶主動關斷功能的圖騰極輸出;9)內(nèi)部邊沿消隱LEB;10)正弦電流消耗。

有源功率因子控制器ICE1PCS01/02是英飛凌針對有源CCM(連續(xù)傳導模式)功率因子校正轉(zhuǎn)換器而推出的8腳控制IC,The unique average current control allows for low THD at all load ranges and excellent compensation of line voltage varations. The soft-start and the open-loop-protection provide high reliability and optimum operating conditions for SIC(silicon carbide) diodes. ICE2PCS01/02 are the 2nd generation of Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) PFC controllers, which employ BiCMOS technology.
Compared to the first generation of ICE1PCS01/02, the new ICs have lower internal reference trimmed at 3V. They also have other advantages such as wider Vcc operating range, improved internal oscillator and additional direct bulk capacitor over-voltage protection.
