從網(wǎng)上零零散散搜尋資料來解答這個(gè)問題,不過突然找到了EPRI的Infrastructure Working Council會(huì)議,這個(gè)會(huì)議由電網(wǎng)企業(yè)、電動(dòng)汽車企業(yè)和設(shè)備制造商一起參與。從Events的條目中,可以看到這個(gè)會(huì)議從2008年就已經(jīng)有了,每3個(gè)月一次,有材料下載的從2009年3月開始,有心人可以去下載下來看看:
The National Electric Transportation Infrastructure Working Council (IWC), sponsored by EPRI, is a group of individuals whose organizations have a vested interest in the emergence and growth of the electric vehicle (EV) and plug-in hybrid and electric vehicle (PHEV) industries, as well as the electrification of truck stops, ports, and other transportation and logistic systems. Infrastructure Working Council members include representatives from electric utilities, vehicle manufacturing industries, component manufacturers, government agencies, related industry associations, and standards organizations. Infrastructure Working Council committees meet several times a year to address the main areas of electric vehicle, plug-in hybrid and electric vehicle, truck stop and port electrification infrastructure research and development.
The Infrastructure Working Council is a forum for identifying issues to be addressed,prioritizing issues to be resolved, conducting activities to resolve issues, developing consensus, and reporting results and recommendations.
從材料里面,我可以找到很多的線索,來了解標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定動(dòng)機(jī)、制定基礎(chǔ)、參與機(jī)制和人員、發(fā)展進(jìn)程和主要內(nèi)容。事實(shí)上,自從我參與上次的IEC直流充電機(jī)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的時(shí)候,我就比較擔(dān)心,與會(huì)的電聯(lián)先生們和資深國(guó)標(biāo)制定者們,只看到了國(guó)外討論標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的討論、爭(zhēng)執(zhí)和妥協(xié),而忽略其參與者本身在會(huì)議背后的工作。我在這里想做的工作,是挖掘其背后的那套機(jī)制、設(shè)計(jì)原由和一些內(nèi)在的東西;這項(xiàng)工作本身就有很大的難度,這是因?yàn)樵邳c(diǎn)擊SAE的工作頁面之中,首先你要是會(huì)員,其次你要報(bào)名參加這個(gè)WorkGroup,并且參與會(huì)議,才能有資格看到這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在成型過程之中的草稿、評(píng)論和演示材料。在目前的環(huán)境下,對(duì)于大部分充電的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),我有些像是在做拼圖一樣。況且,整個(gè)充電過程,是電氣設(shè)施、電動(dòng)汽車和管理軟件各方共同前行的,有時(shí)候看到無數(shù)的材料,確實(shí)在考驗(yàn)我的耐心、勇氣和恒心。
可能很多人,覺得我目前寫的材料有些無趣,也沒有用處。事實(shí)上,是否有人想過,汽車電子行業(yè)的xdjm們,為什么自己設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品的要求是這樣的?可能很多人會(huì)說,是遵照客戶的產(chǎn)品需求說明書,是按照ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、車廠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)甚至是行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),那么最初的最初,那是怎么樣從一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的描述,逐漸成為大家都認(rèn)可的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?為什么,國(guó)內(nèi)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)10天做一個(gè),一天評(píng)審N個(gè),數(shù)量堆出來嚇?biāo)廊?,質(zhì)量被人詬病和指摘;相反,為什么SAE、ANSI、DIN、IEC 和ISO,要花那么多時(shí)間做一件事情。這是我當(dāng)前業(yè)余想探究的事情,也是我個(gè)人的好奇心,并且也通過這項(xiàng)工作,能夠?qū)ξ宜鞯念I(lǐng)域進(jìn)行范圍和深度的拓展。
事情不見得多有意義和多重要,但愿做一些踏實(shí)可行,又算是有趣的事情。最近發(fā)現(xiàn)我寫的東東,與大家差距過大,有些格格不入了……
